City of Portland Supports Developers

As part of our continuing series on real estate grants available in cities and towns throughout the United States, we are focusing today on Portland, Oregon.

The City of Portland is serious about ending homelessness, and they are making resources available to investors and developers who are willing to create affordable housing for homeless individuals and families.

City staff have created the Permanent Supportive Housing Toolkit, a collection of tools to be used by housing developers, service providers and property managers. One such project is Bridgeview Apartments.
