Ideas to Reality

I just returned from Dallas, where I taught a seminar on Grants for Real Estate and Grants for Community Projects. I met a lot of interesting people, some of whom are already working on their own grants projects.
I began the second half of the seminar with a creativity exercise designed to enhance brainstorming. Then the participants spent some time generating their own ideas for projects to benefit their communities. As frequently happens, I was fascinated by the outpouring of great concepts.
